Your Gift Makes a Difference

Access to quality health care is slipping out of reach for so many in San Joaquin and Solano counties.

As health insurance and other benefits are reduced, vulnerable families and hard-working people across our region are losing coverage and facing one of the most difficult moments in recent history. This is creating a ripple effect that puts thousands at risk. Now, more than ever, our community needs a lifeline.

Community Medical Centers is firm in its mission to provide comprehensive, compassionate care to every person who walks through our doors, regardless of their ability to pay. But the need for essential care is rising rapidly, and the gap between those who need care and those who can afford it is widening.

Your support ensures no one in our community is left behind. Together, we can sustain this safety net for basic health care and build a better future for all.

Donations are tax-deductible. Please consult with your tax accountant for information on tax deductions.

One-time or Recurring Gifts

One-time or recurring general gifts provide flexible, immediate support where it’s needed most across our health programs. By giving once or giving monthly, you help ensure vulnerable patients continue to receive essential, life-changing care all year long.

Planned Giving

Bequest in Your Will or Revocable Trust: A straightforward way to support CMC after someone’s passing is by including a bequest in a will or revocable trust. A bequest outlines the amount you wish to leave to CMC (please use legal name Community Medical Centers, Inc.). You can either designate the gift for CMC’s general purposes or for a specific project or initiative. Contact the Development Director Jennie Rodriguez at jrmoore@cmcenters.org or (209) 373-2454 for more information.

Charitable bequests not only benefit low-income patients at CMC, but also offer estate tax advantages to the donor, potentially reducing estate taxes owed. It is advised you speak to a tax professional in considering these tax aspects in your charitable planning to maximize benefits for yourself, your loved ones and CMC. Please also consult with your tax accountant for federal and state exemption thresholds. Making a charitable bequest can therefore be a strategic way to mitigate state estate taxes.
